The poultry industry’s fantastic response

A big thank you to our hatchery personnel, delivery drivers who have worked to feed the country and to all the NHS and frontline workers who have helped us through trying times.

We can all be proud of the poultry industry’s successful response to unprecedented demand for shell eggs.

As James Baxter BFREPA Chairman put it

"There is a lot to learn when this crisis is over,
but as a sector, we can hold our heads up high"

The new normal

In addition to our high level of bio security measures, we continue to operate a covid secure workplace with safe working practices in place at the hatchery and a rotating skeleton staff in the office – so please bear with us as we start to get back to normal.

For the next few weeks our sales force will only visit you by appointment and at your request, but they are available by phone or email and ready to provide back up and advice.
